
D&C Procurement
Accelerate Maryland Partners, led by Transurban and Macquarie, have been selected as the exclusive Developer responsible for the Predevelopment Work for the New American Legion Bridge I-270 Traffic Relief Plan. We are excited to announce that we have launched the procurement to identify D&C Contractor(s) to deliver the first section of the project, specifically “Phase South” which includes improvements to I-495 from the vicinity of the George Washington Memorial Parkway south of the Potomac River, across and including the American Legion Bridge, to the interchange between I-270 and I-370. Below are the high-level milestones for the procurement.
